Abstract

ABSTRACT

Indonesia is a country of law which requires that every act of the authorities should be based on the provisions of applicable law. State Administration serves as a tool to implement the State Administration Law of efficient and effective in performing their duties as officers in the field of TUN in the State Indonesia. The problems are: (1) How does the dispute settlement mechanism in the administrative court personnel Padang? (2) What are the constraints faced by the parties to the dispute in the Administrative Court Padang? The method used is the method of Sociological and Legal Research using primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique was interview and document study. The data analysis technique which uses qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study are that: (1) Employment dispute resolution mechanisms are resolved through the administrative court after the parties to the dispute was not satisfied with the decision of the officials TUN. (2) The obstacles faced by parties to the conflict in the Administrative Court Padang is dissatisfaction over the decision given by the official TUN, slow process of trial and ignorance of the absolute and relative competence of the Administrative Court of Padang.
