PERAN SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA DALAM MENANGGULANGI PEKERJA SEKS KOMERSIAL (PSK) DI KOTA PADANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Prostitution is a phenomenon of life that never goes along with the times. Prostitution, which is identical to the sex trade is a violation of customary norms, norms of decency, obscenity, religious norms and legal norms. Prostitution arranged in Padang Local Regulation No. 11 Year 2005 on Public Peace and Order in Article 10 paragraph (2) that "Every person is prohibited from selling themselves as prostitutes and sex or attempt to enter into transactions" .Problem discussed in this study are: (1) What is the role of Civil Service Police Unit of Padang in tackling Prostitution in Padang?, (2) are the constraints faced by the Civil Service Police Unit in dealing with Prostitution that is in Padang?. Methods of the kind of research that I use is juridical sociology, the authors used data sources are primary data and secondary data, the authors collected data using interview techniques and study the document, the authors analyze the data using qualitative analysis. based study concluded that: 1. In tackling Prostitution in the city of Padang Civil Service Police Unit conducted a raid on a regular basis to minimize and suppress the practice of Prostitution in the city of Padang, 2.Presence barriers Unit Municipal police in conducting raids netting or in the form of a leak of information about the crackdown, the lack of facilities and infrastructure and their bekingan protectingProstitution.
