PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. offices branch Padang  have done work agreement of time specified (PKWT) with employee named Vicha Zusya Putri which contracts are already more than 3 (three) years and have done a unilateral termination of the working relationship. Therefore, employees Vicha Zusya Putri filed a lawsuit in the District Court of Class IA Padang. The formulation of the problem in this research are: 1) What is the status of employees with the end of a time work agreement specified (PKWT) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Padang Branch Office? 2) What  the rights employees with the end of a time work agreement specified (PKWT) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. offices branch Padang ? The method used is the method of sociological, data sources are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were interviews and document study. Analysis of the data used is qualitative method. The conclusions of the research are: 1) The judge ruled that the status of employees Vicha Zusya Putri original employment agreement specified time (PKWT) turns into a work agreement for an unspecified time (PKWTT) although in reality it is continued. 2) The right employees with the end of a certain time work agreement (PKWT) which acquired the rights of the normative form of Severance and money Replacement of other rights, including by 15% for health and housing allowance, which totaled Rp 37,696,743, - (thirty seven million six hundred ninety six thousand seven hundred forty three rupiah).
