ANALISIS UNGKAPAN TABU DI KELURAHAN MUARA TEBO, KECAMATAN TEBO TENGAH, KABUPATEN TEBO, PROVINSI JAMBI

Abstract

The taboo phrase is a phrase that should not be used in a particular setting, especially with regard to trust. The problem in this research is how the function, category, and type of taboo substitute in MuaraTebo Village, Tebo Tengah District, Tebo District, Jambi Province. The method used in this research was descriptive method. The theory was used in this reseach are Danandjaja's theory, Hand theory, and Pramuwirasumantri theory. These data are collected using the simak method with sadap technique, simak libat cakap technique, recording technique, and note technique. The method used to analysis data are agih method and padan method with baca marka technique, turn technique, and change technique. In this reseach are found two fucntion taboo phrase, three categories taboo phrase, and two type of taboo phrase.
