PERUBAHAN FONEM DALAM BAHASA MINANGKABAU DI KORONG RAWANG TAPAKIS KECAMATAN ULAKAN TAPAKIS KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN

Abstract

The research was written to describe about form change phoneme and distribution
phoneme in Minangkabau language at Korong Rawang Tapakis Kecamatan
Ulakan Tapakis Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The method used in the research
was descriptive method. The theory used in this research are Chaer and Muslich.
These Data are collected using the simak method with simak libat capak
technique, recording technique, and note technique. The methods used to analysis
data are agih method and padan method with baca markah technique and related
appeal technique. In this research found are six form change phoneme, (1) vocal
modification and consonants modification, (2) netralisation, (3) Zeroisation is
divided into, a) aferesis and b) syncope, (4) metahesis, (5) monoftongisation, (6)
Anaptichtion. Distribution phonem was found (1) vocal phoneme, (2) consonant
phoneme, and (3) diphthong phoneme.
