ANALISIS KOHESI GRAMATIKAL PADA LIRIK LAGU DALAM ALBUM FABULAKARYA MAHALINI

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas kohesi gramatikal yang terdapat pada lirik lagu dalam album Fabula karya Mahalini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk kohesi gramatikal pada lirik lagu dalam album Fabula karya Mahalini. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Sumarlam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Untuk pengumpulan data digunakan metode simak dan teknik catat. Selanjutnya, untuk menganalisis data digunakan metode agih dengan teknik baca markah dan teknik lesap. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan empat bentuk kohesi gramatikal pada lirik lagu dalam album Fabula karya Mahalini, yaitu: (1) referensi terbagi tiga bentuk, yaitu (a) referensi persona berupa referensi persona pertama tunggal, referensi persona pertama jamak, referensi persona kedua tunggal, referensi persona ketiga tunggal, referensi persona ketiga jamak, (b) referensi demonstratif berupa demonstratif waktu kini, demonstratif waktu lampau, dan demonstratif waktu netral, (c) referensi komparatif; (2) substitusi berupa substitusi frasa dan substitusi klausa; (3) pelesapan; dan (4) konjungsi.

This study discusses grammatical cohesion in the song lyrics of the album Fabula by Mahalini. The purpose of this research is to describe the forms of grammatical cohesion in the song lyrics of the album Fabula by Mahalini. The theory used in this study is Sumarlam's theory. The method employed in this research is the descriptive method. For data collection, the observation method and note-taking technique were used. Furthermore, to analyze the data, the distribution method with the marking reading technique and the deletion technique were applied. Based on the results of the study, four forms of grammatical cohesion were found in the song lyrics of the album Fabula by Mahalini, namely: (1) reference, divided into three forms, namely (a) personal reference consisting of first-person singular, first-person plural, second-person singular, third-person singular, and third-person plural references, (b) demonstrative reference consisting of present time demonstrative, past time demonstrative, and neutral time demonstrative, (c) comparative reference; (2) substitution, consisting of phrase substitution and clause substitution; (3) ellipsis; and (4) conjunction
