PENGARUH BUDAYA CINA TERHADAP KEHIDUPAN MASYRAKAT OKINAWA

Abstract

In this thesis the author researching on the influence of Chinese culture on the lives of
people on Okinawa. The reason the author took this title because the author wanted to know how
the rise of the influence of Chinese culture in Okinawa and how the influence of Chinese culture
on the lives of the people of Okinawa. At the time, the influence of Okinawa at the time of doing
trade with Cina, leading many Chinese to Okinawa and brought their culture.Otherwise the
people of Okinawa also went to Cina and then returned to Okinawa nand teach science already
acquired from Cina. This study aims to describe the rise of the influence of Chinese culture in
Okinawa, the influence of Chinese culture on the lives of the people of Okinawa. The authors of
the method use is descriptive method. The authors use data to analyze the cultural theory,
diffusion and acculturation.
From the results of research that the author find turned out to be the existence of elements
of Chinese culture in Okinawa gave a great role in the culture of Okinawa. As an influence on
the architecture of the buildings, the martial art of quotation, instruments and food. It is based on
historical background factors and geographical factors. Therefore, okinawa has in common with
with the existing culture in China and prove that the culture of Okinawa truly different elements
of culture that exists in Japan.
