Abstract

Japan is known as a country where the population has a body that is healthy and fit, as well as high levels of life expectancy. This is influenced of Japanese lifestyle a healthy lifestyle, one of that comes from healthy, food nutritious and contains nutrients can make the body healthy and long life. The writer interested in discussing the Japanese diet, which focuses on changes in the Japanese diet has impact on health. The healty Traditional Japanese diet that is healthy, fresh and protizied nutritional balance did generation by generations to used foods such as fish, soy, rice, vegetables and fruit. The foods styles are change because influence of western foods contains high calories and fat. are generally high in calories and contain a lot of fat. This happens because the high activity of the Japanese, so fast food is one way for Japanese workers. However, fast food and practically instant gives effect variety of diseases such as obesity, diabetes, colon cancer, and gastric cancer. In this study the writer used a qualitative descriptive method, the source of data consists of primary data obtained from books on the Japanese diet, secondary sources, physical matter, and soune of article and so on.
