DISPLACING OF MEANING, DISTORTING OF MEANING, AND CREATING OF MEANING IN TWO KOBUKURO SONG LYRICS IN ALL SINGLE BEST COMPILATION ALBUM

Abstract

In this paper, the writers analyze indirection of expression in the lyrics of
Negai no Uta and Kimi to Iu Na no Tsubasa, because in both the lyrics of the song
are the same word. Both of the song lyrics contained in All Single Best
compilation album. The distance of these song lyrics was released for four years
are 2002 and 2006. This study is qualitative research, using description method of
data collection techniques. To analyze Riffaterre is displacing of meaning,
distorting of meaning, and creating of meaning. The final steps give expression to
the relationship indirection of expression of the both song lyrics.
The relationship of the both song lyrics is displacing of meaning,
distorting of meaning, and creating of meaning. Displacing of meaning of the
relationship contained in the metaphor, inside same using the word you「君」.
Distorting of meaning of the relationship is ambiguity, inside same using the word
rain「雨」. Creating of meaning of the relationship is enjambment inside same
using the word time「時間」. It can be concluded that the relationship meaning
between the both song lyrics is the journey process of the author lyrics of small to
large to have a love.
