Abstrak

This research is motivatedbythe low participation offourth gradestudentsat SDN39PadangAmbacangMarket. This is because thestudents do notpay attention tothe teacher in providinglearningmaterials so thatlow studentparticipation. The purposeof this studyis to increase theparticipation ofstudents of classIVthroughlearning modelhorayReviewCourseinSDN39PadangAmbacangMarket. Thisresearchis aclassroom action research. With the subject ofthe fourth grade studentsof SDN39PadangAmbacangmarkettotaling17students, theresearch instrumentwas ateacherobservation sheetactivities, studentparticipationsheetandteststudent learning outcomes. Implementation of learningthroughLearning ModelCivicsCourseReviewhoraythefourth gradeis going well. Seeninthe act of learningin the first cycle, the averagepercentage ofstudent participationin thefirst cycleof expressionpercentage of26.47% to 73.52% in the second cycle.Participation ofstudentsansweringquestionsfromthe teacherin the first cyclein thepercentage of49.99% to82.34% in the second cycle.Participation ofstudentsask questions to theteachersin the first cyclein thepercentage of38.23% to 76.46% in the second cycle. Thismeans thatthe targetindicators in this studysuccessfullyandachieved. It can be concludedthat theModelLearningCourseReviewhoraycanincrease participationfourth grade studentslearncivicsSDN39PadangAmbacangMarket.
