PENINGKATAN PARTISIPASI SISWA KELAS IV MELALUI TEKNIK MIND MAP DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PKn DI SDN 05 KAMPUNG PONDOK PARIAMAN

Abstrak

The background of this research is the lack in IV grades student’s learning participation in arguing and finishing task. The purpose of this research is to describe participation escalation for student of IV class in PKn subject with mind map technique at SDN 05 Kampung Pondok, Pariaman. This research is PTK research that consists of two cycles. Location of this research is SDN 05 Kampung Pondok, Pariaman. Subject in this research is 30 students of IV class. Instruments in this research are observation sheet of teacher’s activity, observation sheet of student’s participation, and student’s outcome in the end of each cycle. From results show that there is an escalation of average of student participation’s percentage in arguing that is from 29.95% in first cycle to 71.6% in second cycles. While average of student participation’s in finishing task escalate from 63.3% in first cycle to 83.3% in second cycles. By escalating student’s participation in PKn subject learning, it is affecting student’s grade that are 63.13 in first cycle to 75.6 in second cycles. Based on results, it can be conclude that student’s participation in learning of PKn subject for student of IV class SDN 05 Kampung Pondok Pariaman, can be increased by mind map technique.
