Abstrak

DEVELOPMENT OF ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS (HOTS) HINGER ORDER THINKING SKILLS IN LEARNING THEMES 6 SUBTEMA 1 FOR GRADE IV PRIMARY SCHOOL Annisa Wulandari1, Yusrizal1, Zulfa Amrina1 Primary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Universitas Bung Hatta E-Mail: annisawulandari189@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to produce an assessment of higher order thinking skills (HOTS) in grade IV SD that meet the criteria of validity, reliability, difficulty level, differentiation and practicality. This type of research is development research. The development model used is the 4-D development model, namely define, design, develop, and deseminate. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year with the theme 6 sub-theme 1 Me and My ideals. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of primary school 16 Padang Kudo. The data technique used is the test. The instruments used in this study were test instruments and validation sheets. The validity is known from the results of the validator's assessment on the validation sheet which states the test instrument developed. Based on the results of the assessment of high order thinking skills assessment (HOTS) in grade IV SD, the resulting instruments that meet the criteria are very valid with a proportion of 98.21%, meet the high reliability criteria with the number 0.86, meet the criteria for easy difficulty level with the number 0 , 86, the criteria for distinguishing power are 4 items with bad criteria, 7 items with sufficient criteria and 4 items with excellent criteria, and finally the criteria that meet the criteria are very practical with a proportion of 90.62%. So, it can prove that the thinking skills assessment (HOTS) in grade IV SD is valid and practical for assessment IV primary school Keywords: Instruments, Assessment, HOTS
