Abstrak

INFLUENCE OF THE TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL ON LEARNING OUTCOMES IPS CLASS IV IN SD NEGERI 19 TALANG TAN SAIDI KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN Popi Nurul Zaputri, Muslim Tawakal 1 1 , Yulfia Nora 1 Primary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University E-mail: Popizaputri@gmail.com Abstract This refiarch aims to determine the effect of the teams games tournament learning model on learning outcomes IPS class IV students in SD Negeri 19 Talang Tan Saidi. This type of research is experimental research. The population of this research is all students of class IV SD Negeri 19 Talang Tan Saidi which amounts to 20 student people, consisting 10 class students IV. A and 10 class students IV.B. Sampling technique purposive sampling, obtained class IV.A as a control class and IV.B as an experimental class. The results showed that there was an influence on the teams games tournament learning model. This can be proven from the number of scores and the average value of the experimental class is higher than the control class (where the experimental class scores are the average 85,5 and a control class of 59,1) and from the results of hypothesis testing using t-test show thitung< ttable (60,0 > 2,56) which means that the hypothesis is rejected.
