Abstrak

DEVELOPMENT OF IPS LEARNING MEDIA INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA BASED FOR CLASS IV PRIMARY SCHOOL. Raudia Rahmadani¹, Pebriyenni¹, Ade Sri Madona¹ ¹ Primary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University e-mail :rahmadaniraudia@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to produce interactive multimedia-based social studies learning media on Theme 7 The Beauty of Diversity in My Country Sub-Theme 1 Ethnic and Religious Diversity in My Country Alternatf for grade IV Elementary Schools that meet valid and practical criteria. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development). The research model used is the 4-D type, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. In this study, it only reached the develop stage due to time constraints. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The research instrument included a validation sheet and a practicality questionnaire (teacher and student response questionnaires). Social studies learning media based on interactive multimedia was validated by 3 lecturers, and tested on 1 teacher and 5 students. Based on the results of research on the development of interactive multimedia-based social studies learning media for grade IV SD students, it fulfills the valid criteria with a percentage of 85% from the language aspect, 81.66% from the material aspect, 96.66% from the display aspect. and practicality criteria with a value of 96.15% of teacher practitioners, 87.50% of student practitioners. So, it can be concluded that the interactive multimedia-based social studies learning media fulfills very valid criteria and is very practical to be used as one of the social studies learning media in grade IV elementary schools.
