Abstrak

Assessment is a process for collecting and processing information from the achievement of student learning outcomes. Assessment which is used as a guideline for assessing primary school education which includes: authentic assessment, self-assessment, portfolio-based assessment, tests, daily tests, half-semester tests, final semester tests, competency level exams, quality level competency exams, national exams, and school exams (Kuntarto and Gustina, 2019: 190). According to Kadir (2015: 70) the test is a form of evaluation tool to measure how far the teaching objectives have been achieved, so it means evaluation of learning outcomes. A good test must meet several requirements, namely: it must be efficient, must be standardized, have norms, be objective, valid (valid, and reliable (reliable), to obtain a test that meets these requirements, the tests that have been made need to be analyzed according to Har (2016). : 499) learning outcomes are changes in behavior, patterns of actions, values, definitions, attitudes, appreciation and skills. This study aims to produce valid and relevant objective test instruments measured by using validity, differentiation power, index s. difficulty and reliability to assess learning outcomes in science class V SDN 05 Surau Gadang Padang. This type of research is Research and Development with a 4-D development model (define, design, develop, disseminate). In this study, the development model is limited to the stage develop with the research objectives put forward by Djemari Mardapi, because each stage of the development is very clear intent and t the goal is to produce quality assessment instruments. The data collection instruments used were validation sheets and test assessment instruments. The data analysis techniques used were content validation analysis conducted by two experts in their fields, namely PGSD lecturers and elementary school teachers in grade V, and analysis of test items consisting of test validity. , reliability, difficulty index, distinguishing power. Based on the results of the study, an objective test assessment instrument that is valid and relevant for science lessons in class V SDN 05 Surau Gadang Padang, which consists of 33 questions with the validity of the item questions in the range 0.41 - 0.63 and is included in sufficient and high criteria, with the instrument 0.79 entering in High criteria, and the difficulty index is in the range 0.43-0.68, which is in the medium criteria, with the distinguishing power being in the range 0.29 - 0.57 which is categorized as sufficient and good. So it can be concluded that 33 multiple choice objective questions for the developed test instrument are feasible to be used in assessing student learning outcomes in grade V SD in science lessons because they fit the criteria for a quality test instrument. Thus, it is hoped that it can help to make and develop good and quality test instruments to assess student learning outcomes in elementary schools.
