Development of Interactive Learning Media Based on Guided Invention using Articulate Storyline Relationship Material between Class III Students of SD Negeri 01 Baringin Anam

Mathematics is a science that is closely related to everyday life. The proof is that in our life we always find things related to numbers and calculations, such as: addition, subtraction, money, time, and many more related to mathematics. By having good mathematical skills, students will be helped in living their lives. In the learning process, teachers tend to directly provide practice questions to students without being given an explanation first, so that students have difficulty understanding the material. The teacher also only uses picture media to help students understand the material. Researchers conducted development research with the title "Development of Interactive Learning Media Based on Guided Discovery using Articulate Storyline Relationship Material between Class III Students of SD Negeri 01 Baringin Anam". This type of research is a Research and Development (R&D) research using the Plomp development model. However, in this study, the implementation of the phase in developing interactive learning media was not as optimal as suggested by Tjeerd Plomp due to the limited time and ability of the researcher. The subjects of this interactive learning media trial were third grade students of SD Negeri 01 Baringin Anam. The instrument in this study used a validity and practicality sheet. In the validation stage, the media that had been designed carried out an assessment activity which was validated by a validator consisting of 2 expert lecturers, namely a lecturer at the Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Bung Hatta University. The practicality stage is carried out after the media has been validated and is feasible to be tested. Based on the results of research on the development of interactive learning media based on guided discovery using articulate storylines, the material relationship between units of length was carried out, it was obtained that the average validity of interactive learning media was 93.7% in the very valid category, while the overall practicality average was 88.8% with the practical category. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that guided discovery-based interactive learning media using articulate storylines, the material for the relationship between units of length is very valid and practical to use in mathematics learning so that it can be used as a learning tool in class III SD Negeri 01 Baringin Anam.Referensi
