Abstrak

DEVELOPMENT OF PROBLEM-BASED POP UP BOOK VOLUM MEDIA IN MATHEMATICS LEARNING IN CLASS VI STUDENTS OF SDN 01 PAUH KURAI TAJI PARIAMAN Mutia Rahmi Fitri1, Zulfa Amrina1 1Primary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University Email: mutiarahmi7312@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to produce a volume of wake-up volume Pop Up Book media in problem-based mathematics learning for class VI students of SDN 01 Pauh Kurai Taji Pariaman who meet valid and practical criteria. This type of research is development research. The research and development model used is a 4-D development model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate, but in this study it only reached the develop stage due to time constraints. The research instruments include validation sheets and practicality sheets (teacher and student response questionnaires). In the validation process, the media is validated by one material expert and one media expert. In the practicality process, the media was tested on 26 students. Based on the results of the study, the development of the Pop Up Book learning media with the volume of building blocks in problem-based mathematics learning for class VI students in material validation met the valid criteria with an assessment percentage of 75%, and met the very valid criteria with a percentage of 82.69% on media validation. The Pop Up Book media that has been developed is categorized as very practical by the teacher with an average percentage of 90.9% and categorized as very practical by students with a percentage of 89.2%. So, it can be concluded that the learning media Pop Up Book volume of space in problem-based mathematics learning in class VI SDN 01 Pauh Kurai Taji Pariaman is valid and practical so that it can be used as a medium for learning mathematics. The results of this study are expected to be used in the learning process during class and can find out how to develop good and quality.
