Development of Index Card Match Media in Class IV Science Learning Sub-theme 2 Diversity of Living Things in My Environment for SD Negeri 16 Pagambiran

DEVELOPMENT OF INDEX CARD MATCH MEDIA ON SUBSTEMA 2 SCIENCE LEARNING THE DIVERSITY OF LIVING THINGS IN MY ENVIRONMENT FOR SD NEGERI 16 PAGAMBIRAN Nicken Rahmadilla Herli1, Enjoni1 1Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University e-mail : nickenherli@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to produce index card match media in science learning sub-theme 2 Diversity of Living Things in My Environment for grade IV SD Negeri 16 Pagambiran which is valid and practical. The type of research used is research and development research and development (R&D) using the 4-D method which has been modified into the define, design, and development stages. The research instrument includes a validation questionnaire sheet which is validated by 3 validators and a practicality sheet for 1 teacher and 24 students. Based on the results of the study, the development of index card match media in science learning sub- theme 2 Diversity of Living Things in My Environment for grade 4 SD Negeri 16 Pagambiran includes very valid criteria from the percentage of validity (94.30%) from the material aspect (85.41%), media (97.50%), and language (100.00%). The media developed included very practical criteria by the teacher with the percentage of practicality (91.66%) from the aspect of presenting content (93.75%), time effectiveness (87.50%) and benefits (93.75%). Practicality of students is very practical with the percentage of practicality (98.43%) from the aspect of student interest (98.95%), learning (98.95%) and media (97.39%). Based on the results of the researchers, it can be concluded that the index card match media meets the very valid criteria and is very practical to use as a science learning media. From the results of the research, it is hoped that it can be used in the learning process in the classroom and can find out how to develop good and quality procedures.
