Abstrak

PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PEMBELAJARAN IPA BERBASIS PREDICT OBSERVE EXPLAIN KELAS V SDN 15 PANCUNG SOAL PESISIR SELATAN Sherly Okta Sucia1, Siska Angreni 1Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University Email : sherlysucia30@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to develop a predict-observe explain-based science learning module for class V at SDN 15 Pancung Problem Pesisisr Selatan on heat transfer material that meets valid and practical criteria. This type of research is research and development (R&D). The development procedure uses 3-D, namely define, design and develop. The data was obtained from a validation questionnaire which was assessed by 3 expert lecturers, namely material expert lecturers with an average score of 3.5 with a very valid category, display expert lecturers with an average of 3.65 with a very valid category and linguist lecturers with an average value of 3.75 with an average score of 3.75. Very valid category. So for the average validity, the result is 3.65 with a very valid category. As for the results of practicality declared very practical by the teacher with an average percentage of 89.6% and declared very practical by students with a percentage of 94%. So that the average result for the practicality of the module is 92% with a very practical category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the predict-observe explain-based science learning module produced is very valid and practical to use in the science learning process in fifth grade elementary school. From the results of this study, it is hoped that the module can be used during the learning process in the classroom and become teaching materials that can help students understand the material and concepts well. ________________________________________ Keywords: module, science, predict observe explain
