Abstrak

Educationisaconsciousandplannedefforttocreatealearning atmosphereandlearningprocesssothatstudentsactivelydeveloptheir potentialto have religious spiritualstrength,self-control,personality, intelligence,noblecharacter,andskillsneededbythemselves,society, nationandstate. ThisresearchonthedevelopmentofMacromediaFlash8Cartoon StoryE-Mediawasconductedtotestthevalidationandpracticalityofthe E-Mediathathadbeencreatedandwhatwasbeingtestedinthesecond gradeofelementaryschool.E-Mediavalidationwascarriedoutby3 validators,namelymaterialexperts,linguists,designexpertsbyproviding validationsheetstoparticipants,whiletotestpracticalitybyconducting E-MediatrialsatSDN56AnakAirusingateacherandstudentresponse questionnaire. Thetypeofresearchusedistheresearchanddevelopmentmethod. Thismodelconsistsoffourstagesofdevelopment,namelyDefine,Design, DevelopandDisseminate.However,duetotimeconstraints,thisresearch onlyreachedthethirdstage,namelyDefine(defining),Design(design), Develop(development).Inthisstudy,thedatacollectiontechniqueused wasaquestionnaire.Questionnaireisadatacollectiontechniquethatis donebygivingasetofquestionsorwrittenstatementstorespondentsto answer. Based on theresultsoftheresearch on thedevelopmentof E-Media Cartoon Stories Based on Macromedia Flash 8 Themes 7 Togetherness in Indonesian Language Learning,Grade IIstudents obtainedanoverallvalidityaverageof90.64%,ontheaveragepracticality testonasmallscaleandlimitedtoteachers98,75%,onasmallscale practicality and limited to 99.68% students,while the 90% student effectivenesstestobtainedanoverallaveragewithverypracticalcriteria.
