Abstrak

Mathematics learning is a teaching and learning process built by teachers to develop students' creative thinking which can improve students' creative thinking and can increase the ability to construct new knowledge as an effort to improve good mastery of mathematical material (Susanto, 2013: 186). In the learning process the teacher only uses old worksheets and the teacher does not use any learning media because of the lack of learning resources and the limited ability of the teacher. So that this has an impact on student learning outcomes that become unsatisfactory and experience many difficulties. The type of research used is research and development with the development model used is the 4-D type, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. In this study, it was only limited to the develop stage, namely to the practical stage. This research was conducted in the first semester with the material of multiplication and division of fractions. In the validation process, the LKPD was validated by 3 expert lecturers including 1 didactic and content expert, 1 linguist and 1 display expert with a percentage of 85.56% valid criteria. In the practicality process, the LKPD was tested on 1 teacher and 12 students with a percentage of 93.23% being very practical. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of guided discovery-based worksheets meets the valid criteria and is very practical to be used as one of the teaching materials in mathematics learning, especially for fifth grade students in elementary schools.
