Development of a scientific-based Indonesian language learning module with theme 9 on advertising material for fifth grade students at SDN 10 Bandarbuat, Lubuk Kilangan Padang District

Indonesian language learning is one of the lessons carried out in education in Indonesia. The 2013 curriculum places Indonesian as the initiator of other 1 subjects and therefore must be ahead of all other subjects. Learning Indonesian has four language skills that students must have, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. This research is motivated by the lack of learning facilities such as the absence of worksheets and modules, the teaching materials used will only be in the form of textbooks so that students often feel bored, and the methods used by teachers in the learning process are still conventional. The purpose of the study was to develop a scientific-based Indonesian language learning module on advertising material for fifth grade students at SDN 10 Bandarbuat, Lubuk Kilangan Padang District, so that students were motivated to be more enthusiastic in reading, asking questions and discussing. The type of research is research development or Research and Development (R & D) proposed by Trianto with a 4D procedural model, which consists of the define stage, the design stage, and the development stage. : 1) the research only reached the development phase (3D), 2) the validity questionnaire validator was carried out by 3 expert lecturers, 3) the practicality test was carried out by teachers and students of fifth grade elementary school, and 4) the effectiveness test was carried out by fifth grade elementary school students. The results showed that the resulting module was categorized as very valid by the validator with an average value (90%) in terms of content feasibility aspects (90%), presentation and display aspects (85%), and language aspects (95%). The resulting module is categorized as very practical by the teacher with an average percentage (94%). And categorized as very practical by students with an average (95%). The results of the study on the effectiveness test were categorized as 1 effective (100%) because the students' test results were more than the KKM, which was 70%. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the scientificbased Indonesian language learning module for fifth grade students at SDN 10 Bandarbuat was declared very valid, practical, and effective to be used in the Indonesian language learning process for fifth grade students.Referensi
