Abstrak
DEVELOPMENT OF INQUIRY-BASED CIVICS LEARNING MODULE FOR FOURTH GRADE STUDENTS OF SD NEGERI 32 BUNGO PASANG PADANG Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher and Education Bung Hatta University Ria Puspita Sari1, Darwianis1 e-mail : riap8039@gmail.com ABSTRAK This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of Civics learning modules based on the inquiry method for students in grade IV SD that are valid and practical. This type of research is research and development with the research model used is the 4-D type, namely define, development and dissemination. This research is limited to the development stage. This research instrument includes lecturer validity sheets (material experts, linguists, design experts). In the practical process, the module was tested by 1 teacher and 18 fourth grade elementary school students. Data for validity were obtained from the results of the validation sheet which had been assessed by validators of material experts 91.66%, linguists 100%, and design experts 96.42%, so that the overall average validity value of the three expert lecturers was 96.02% with very valid criteria. The data for practicality were obtained from practicality sheets (response questionnaires of teachers and students) which got 86.36% practicality scores by teachers and 97.22% practicalities by students, so the average practicality by teachers and students was 91.79% with very practical criteria. This shows that the Civics learning module based on the inquiry method is very valid and very practical to be used as a learning resource or teaching material for students and teachers.
