INDONESIAN LEARNING MODULE DEVELOPMENT BASED ON MIND MAPPING ON THEME 8 MATERIALS FICTION STORIES FOR CLASS IV STUDENTS SDN 23 AMPALU PAGAMBIRAN PADANG CITY Nia Indah Melani¹, Yetty Morelent² Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University Email : niaindahmelani00@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of learning modules with themes of 8 fictional stories for fourth grade students of SDN 23 Ampalu Pagambiran Padang City that are valid, practical and effective. The main theory used in this research is Trianto's Indonesian Language Learning (2009), Daryanto's Learning Module, (2013), Istarani's Mind Mapping Approach, (2011), Trianto's Development Procedure, (2009). The type of research used is research development research and development (R&D) 4-D method, namely define (definition), design (design), development (development) and dissemination (dissemination). This study includes a validation questionnaire that is validated by 3 validators and a practice sheet of 1 teacher and 20 grade IV.A students at SDN 23 Ampalu Pagambiran Padang City, for the effectiveness test is the test results of fourth grade students at SDN 23 Ampalu Pagambiran Padang City. The results showed that the module produced was categorized as very valid by the validator with an average value (91.5%) both from the material aspect (86.45%), language aspect (95.45%), and design aspect (96.66). %). ). The resulting module is categorized as very practical by the teacher with an average (95%), and categorized as very practical by students with an average (94.12%). Learning outcomes on the effectiveness test are categorized as very practical with an average (100%). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of the Mind Mapping-based Indonesian language learning module for the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 23 Ampalu Pagambiran Padang City that has been produced is very valid, very practical, and effective so that it can be used in the Indonesian language learning process in grade IV SD.
