Abstrak
DEVELOPMENT OF INDONESIAN LEARNING MODULE BASED ON CROSS PUZZLES FOR CLASS IV STUDENTS OF SDN 23 AMPALU PAGAMBIRAN Novia Zasmita¹, M. Sayuti² Elementary School Teacher Educational Study Program Faculty of Teachery and Education Bung Hatta University Email : noviazasmita09@gmail.com This study aims to produce an Indonesian language learning module based on crossword puzzles in the material about fairy tales for class IV SDN 23 AmpaluPagambiran Padang City that is valid, practical and effective. The main theory used in this research is about Susanto's Definition of Learning (2013), about Daryanto's learning module, (2013), about the understanding of Khalilullah Crosswords (2012), about Trianto's development procedure, (2009). This type of research is Research and Development (R & D) which was found by Trianto with a 4-D procedure model. This research phase consists of define, design, development and disseminate. The research model used is a 3-D development model only to development (3-D). This is due to limited capabilities. Validation was carried out by 3 expert lecturers, for practicality tests were carried out on teachers and fourth grade students at SDN 23 Ampalu Pagambiran Padang City. This research methodology is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods that are mutually reinforcing to obtain valid, practical and effective data. The results showed that the module produced according to the validator was included in the very valid category by the validator with an average value (91.03%). both from the material (88.54%), the language aspect (97.72%), and the design aspect (90 ,27%). The modules that have been developed and produced are categorized as very practical by the teacher with an average (93.1%). And categorized as quite practical by students, the scale is limited with an average value of 94% and by small-scale students with an average of 93%. The results of the study on the effectiveness test were categorized as very effective because the test results achieved by students had exceeded the Minimum Constancy Criteria (KKM) of 100%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Indonesian language learning module based on crossword puzzles for fourth grade students at SDN 23 AmpaluPagambiran Padang is valid, practical, and effective for improving student learning outcomes used for the fourth grade Indonesian learning process.
