Abstrak

This research is motivated by the lack of learning resources to provide meaningful mathematics teaching, especially in the fourth grade elementary school mathematics teaching materials on fractions. This study aims to produce a collaborative integrative active-based mathematics learning module (AKI) on fractions for fourth grade students at SDN 2/V Kuala Tungkal. According to Daryanto (2013: 9), the module is a form of teaching material that is packaged in a complete and systematic way, in which it contains a set of learning experiences that are planned and designed to shape students in mastering specific learning objectives. This type of research is research and development (R & D). The development procedure uses 4-D which consists of four stages, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating (Sugiyono, 2019:37-38). However, due to time and cost constraints, researchers will only carry out research up to the 3D stage, namely define, design, and develop. The validity of the questionnaire was conducted by 3 lecturers at Bung Hatta University and practicality was carried out by 1 teacher and 18 fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2/V Kuala Tungkal. Data for validity were obtained from the results of the validation sheet of three validators. Validity includes three aspects, namely material, language, and design. Based on the results of the validation by the validator, the developed Mathematics learning module obtained a percentage of 88.88% with a valid category. The results of the practicality of teachers get a percentage of 91.6% and students get a percentage of 91.3% with a very practical category from the aspects of student interest, process of use, increasing student creativity, available time and evaluation. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the active collaborative integrative-based mathematics learning module (AKI) on fraction material for fourth grade students of SDN 2/V Kuala Tungkal is valid and practical so that it becomes one of the alternative teaching materials that can be used in learning Mathematics.
