Based on what the researchers saw, the obstacles seen in the learning process were the lack of student discussion activities, lack of student answering activities. This happens because students are less interested in learning because they still use conventional learning strategies, thus making learning monotonous. The purpose of this study is to see the differences in learning strategies. Everyone is a teacher here with conventional learning. The formulation of the problem of this research is to see whether there are differences in students' cognitive science learning outcomes between the everyone is teacher here learning strategy and conventional learning strategies in grade IV SD Negeri 47 Korong Gadang, Padang City. According to Asiza, et al (2019: 79) explained that the Everyone Is Teacher here strategy is a strategy that provides opportunities for each student to act as a teacher to other students. This is in accordance with what is described by Helmiati (2012: 97) “This strategy is very appropriate to get class participation as a whole and individually. This strategy also provides an opportunity for each student to act as a teacher for other students. Grandi Impianti and Jamila's research entitled “The Effect of Everyone is a teacher here Strategy on Student Learning Motivation. The type of research used by the researcher is experimental research, the experimental design in this study is true experimental design. The instrument needed in this study is a test instrument in the form of cognitive aspect test questions given to the sample class. This research was conducted at SDN 47 Korong Gadang, Padang City, which consisted of two classes, class A control and class B experiment. The results showed a sig value of 0.035 where <0.05 which means that there is a significant difference in the Everyone Is Teacher Here learning model on the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 47 Korong Gadang, Padang City. Based on data analysis from the research, it can be said that the Everyone Is Teacher Here learning model has an effect on the fourth grade science learning outcomes of SDN 47 Korong Gadang, Padang CityReferensi
