Education is a learning process in the form of teaching and learning activities, where interactions occur between students and teachers. In the field of education the teacher acts as an educator who guides students to be able to develop knowledge and can change the condition of students from those who do not know to know (Sari, 2018). There are 2 types of motivation in students, namely intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation, one of the ways that can be done to increase student motivation so that students are active and learning outcomes. One of the effective media in increasing student motivation is using learning video media. This research is a classroom action research consisting of II cycles where the first cycle with the planning stages of compiling lesson plans adapted to learning media, namely learning videos that refer to the K13 curriculum. The teacher's observation sheet refers to the Rpp used by the teacher. While the test was carried out in cycle I, meeting 2 to see the results of students' understanding and knowledge of learning in cycle I. After that, the results of the reflections carried out by the researchers on discussions with the teacher indicated that the application of instructional video media had not fully gone well. And continued in cycle II. Judging from the average students in the final test of cycle II, the results have increased and can be categorized as good. Meanwhile, data from observations of teacher activity in managing learning can also be categorized as very good. it is concluded that the test results of student learning in cycle II increased. Results In the first cycle, the average motivation to learn science was only 64.3%, where no one scored very well, good, fair, and poor. The results of the questionnaire score in cycle II got an average of 76.7% where those who got the category were very good, sufficient, and no one got a bad score. Based on the data collected and the results of the analysis obtained from the test sheet, it showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes with students' classical mastery in learning in cycle I, namely 70.71, while in cycle II, it was 85.71. The results of student learning motivation in the first cycle amounted to 64.3% and in the second cycle it increased by 76.7%. Student learning outcomes in cycle I amounted to 70.71 and in cycle II student learning outcomes increased by 85.71Referensi
