Efforts to Improve The Learning Outcomes of Class VB Students Through The Use of Metode Poster Comment in PKn Subjects at SDN 53 Kuranji Padang
Abstrak
UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VB MELALUI PENGGUNAAN METODE POSTER COMMENT PADA MATA PELAJARAN PKn di SDN 53 KURANJI PADANG Bismi Afief1, Yulfia Nora1 1Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Bung Hatta Email : bismiafief552@gmail.com Abstract This a researcheris motivated by the lack of learning outcomes of class VB students at SDN 53 Kuranji, Padang City, which is caused during the learning process teachers tend to use lecture and question and answer methods in the classroom, so that students are less interested in civics learning. And learning outcomes in civics subjects are still relatively low. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes through the Poster Comment method in cognitive aspects (knowledge and understanding) and affective aspects (expressing opinions). This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The study was conducted by two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and a final test of the cycle. The subjects of this study were class V B students of SDN 53 Kuranji, Padang City, totaling 23 students consisting of 13 male students and 10 female students. The research instruments used are teacher activity sheets, affective assessment sheets, and end-of-cycle test sheets.. After the resultsof cognitive learning outcomes in cycles I and II, the percentage in cycle I was obtained by 39% and increased in cycle II by 91% with an average of 76.3.. The completion of student affective learning outcomes in cycles I and II, obtained a percentage of 47.82% of students who were completed and increased in cycle II by 86.95% with an average of 70.37. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the poster comment method can improve the learning outcomes of cognitive and affective aspects of students at SDN 53 Kuranji, Padang City.
