Increasing Student Learning Outcomes in Class IV Mathematics Learning Using the TPACK Approach Through the Problem Based Learning Model at SDN 06 Kampung Lapai, Padang City
Abstrak
INCREASING STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN LEARNING CLASS IV MATHEMATICS USING THE APPROACH TPACK THROUGH PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MODELS AT SDN 06 KAMPUNG LAPAI, PADANG CITY Dijja Nurul Aypa¹ , Rieke Alyusfitri¹ ¹Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University e-mail : dijjanurula@gmail.com ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in learning mathematics in class IV A SDN 06 Kampung Lapai, Padang City. The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement in the learning outcomes of class IV A students at SDN 06 Kampung Lapai, Padang City using the TPACK approach through a problem based learning model. This type of research is classroom action research. This research procedure was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The subjects of this study were all students of grade IV A at SDN 06 Kampung Lapai, totaling 27 students. The research instruments used were observation sheets of teacher activity and learning achievement tests. The results showed that in the observation of teacher activity cycle I with an average percentage of 82% and increased in cycle II to 92%. Based on the acquisition of the percentage of student completeness in cycle I was 74% and cycle II was 81%. So that the use of the TPACK approach through a problem based learning model can improve student learning outcomes in learning mathematics in class IV A SDN 06 Kampung Lapai, Padang City in the 2022/2023 academic year. Based on this research, the researchers suggest that teachers can make the TPACK approach through the problem-based learning model one of the approaches and models that can be used in learning mathematics to improve student learning outcomes.
