Increasing Students Reading Comprehension by Using Group Resume Strategy for Senior High School Students

Abstrak

This writing of this paper aims to discuss how to teach reading by using group resume. Group resume method is a good strategy to the students in reading comprehension. The students can work together in a group to read and comprehend the text. In reading process, the students must really comprehend about what they read. Because if they only read and not really comprehend about the text, they will not understand about the text. Group resume is a strategy to help the students in group whose members already know each others. So, group resume is one effective way in teaching reading. By using this group resume, students find the ideas or information from the text.
