Pop-Up Book aimed at the material of spatial nets in class V of SDN 29 Sungai Nipah, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4-D model, which consists of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, due to time constraints, this study only reached the development stage. The research process is divided into three main stages, namely definition, planning, and development. In the definition stage, the researcher determines the objectives and materials to be developed, namely spatial nets. The researcher conducts a needs analysis to understand the characteristics of students and the challenges faced in learning the material. This is important to ensure that the media developed can meet students' needs and help them understand the concepts taught. Furthermore, in the planning stage, the researcher designs Pop-Up Book learning media that are in accordance with the material that has been determined. In this design, the researcher considers the visual and interactivity aspects so that the media is attractive and can increase students' learning motivation. An attractive design is expected to make students more interested in learning and more easily understand the material being taught. In the development stage, the Pop-Up Book media that has been designed is produced and ready to be used in the learning process. This media is designed with various pop-up elements that depict the net of geometric shapes, so that students can see and understand the three-dimensional shape of the geometric shape more clearly. The development process also involves initial trials to obtain feedback from teachers and students regarding the media that has been created. This feedback is very important for making improvements and refinements to the media before it is widely used in learning. To assess the quality of the media developed, researchers used several assessment instruments. First, a validation sheet intended for material and design experts is used to assess the validity of the media. There are two types of validation sheets, namely for material and design experts, which are used to assess whether the content and design of the media are in accordance with the established standards. Second, a practicality sheet filled out by teachers and students is used to assess the practicality of the media that has been designed. This sheet contains questions regarding the ease of use of the media in the learning process. Third, a learning outcome test is conducted to measure students' mastery of the material after using the media. This test is conducted before and after using the media to obtain accurate data regarding the increase in student understanding. The results of the study showed that the developed Pop-Up Book media met the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. At the validation stage, the media obtained an average value of 87.5%, which indicates that the media is very valid. The details of the validity values show that the material aspect received a value of 80% and the design aspect received a value of 95%. This shows that the media is not only in accordance with the content being taught, but also has an attractive and effective design. In addition, the media received an average value of 94.94% for practicality, which indicates that this media is very practical to use by teachers and students. Teachers feel that this media is easy to use in the learning process, and students feel interested and involved when using the media. In terms of effectiveness, the media shows an N-gain value of 0.71, which indicates a high level of effectiveness in improving learning outcomes##submission.additionalFiles##
