TEACHING SPEAKING BY USING ENGLISH FILM

Abstract

Speaking is one of the most important skills to be developed and enhanced as means of effective communication. This paper is intended to describe how English film can be implemented in speaking classroom. There are three procedures of teaching speaking by using English film, namely pre-teaching activity, whilst-teaching activity, and post–teaching activity. Teaching speaking by using English film can create a good atmosphere which supports the teaching learning process and makes the students enjoyable. It also can make students interesting and focus in teaching learning process.
