THE INCREASE STUDY RESULT OF STUDENTS CLASS V ON LEARNING IPS BY USING MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL NUMBER 32 KAYU KALEK KECAMATAN LEN
Abstrak
This research is motivated by the lowness of students’learning result in learning social science. Factors making such condition are students (1) Are in the less activity learning process and (2) Theacher tend to use lecture method learning process, that student are able to understand the learning motorials. The purpose of this research was to describe the increase of students, learning outcomes. Type of this research was class action research and the subject of research was the fifth grade student of elementary school number 32 kayu kalek kecamatan lengayang pesisir selatan. That number of students involved in this research was persans consisting of lo mens and 6 women. instrumen observatin used in this research and were achieverment test. Based on the result of data analysis, it wash fourd that the 64,28% of teacher is activity in cyle I fell in to good cate gary while in cycle in cycle II it increased to 76,78% (2) In aspect of psichomotor 53,12% student got grade above the minimum criteria while in cycle II increased to 75%, and (3) In cognitive aspect, 68,75% students got grade above the minimum criteria while in cycle II, it increased to 81,25%. Completeness presentation that constanted that is 75%. Based on the result it can be concluded that learning social science byusing Problem Based Learning model can increase the learning result of fifth grade students of elementary school number 32 Kayu Kalek Kecamatan Lengayang Pesisir Selatan. Based on the conclusion,the researcher suggerts in older that teacher shoold use Problem Based Learning model in learning social to increase the students learning result.
