Abstract

A simple drug store is one of the health service providers in the Solok City, West Sumatra. It is known that the supply of drugs at the Simple Drugstore is still not optimal because there is still stock out and over stock. For this reason, it is necessary to control supplies for drugs. The first method used is the ABC method, which uses drug data from February to April 2020. ABC can identify which types of drugs are included in groups A, B and C, and groups of product types that have a high income contribution and require careful attention. special. The grouping is based on demand value criteria. After that, forecasting is carried out for the next 3 months using 3 methods, namely moving average, single exponential smoothing and linear regression which is especially for group A which has 45 types of drugs and calculates the forecast results of each type of drug using the economic method. order quantity (EOQ), calculation of safety stock (SS) and calculation of reorder point (ROP). The results for the EOQ values in group A varied from 10 to 122 economical ordering. For safety stock values range from 1 to 7, and for ROP values range from 1-12. With the control of drug supplies in place, it is hoped that the stock out and over stock at the drugstore can be minimized.
