PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS PARSIAL PADA DIVISI PRODUKSI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE OBJECTIVE MATRIX PADA USAHA KECIL MENENGAH PEMBUATAN KERUPUK JENGKOL

Abstract

UMKM Rumah Jengkol Malin is a company engaged in the manufacturing of jengkol crackers. The jengkol crackers that are produced consist of raw jengkol crackers and ready-to-eat jengkol crackers. Jengkol Malin's house has never measured productivity in the production section. After conducting preliminary research on the production division, it appears that there is no productivity measurement in the company. So that there is no baromometer of the level of achievement of production targets. One of the methods used to increase productivity on the production floor is to use the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method. With this method can be obtained criteria that can be measured to increase productivity, among others: criteria for the effectiveness of achieving production targets and criteria for achieving machines with an average, criteria for labor efficiency on average. then the management can see the measurement results so that they can find out what factors are the main determinants in increasing the company's productivity so that it can make improvements to productivity in the future to meet production targets.
