ANALISIS TASK LOAD INDEX KARYAWAN BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (BNI) AHMAD YANI KOTA PADANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION-TASK LOAD INDEX (NASA-TLX)

Abstract

Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), particularly the Ahmad Yani department in Padang City, is one of the monetary educate that serves the money related needs of the nearby community of Padang City with different items and administrations. In any case, the tall operational and benefit requests at this department have an affect on the mental workload experienced by workers in different divisions, particularly the promoting, credit analyst, and relationship director divisions. This think about employments the NASA-TLX method to assess the mental workload experienced by representatives at BNI within the three divisions. NASA-TLX measures workload based on six measurements of pointers, specifically mental, physical, time, exertion, execution, and dissatisfaction requests. The results of the study showed that of the three divisions, the one with the highest mental workload was the marketing division with an average WWL value of 68.944. The dominant indicators are mental demand and physical demand. Meanwhile, the smallest experiencing mental workload is the credit analyst division with an average WWL value of 60.944 with the dominant indicators being mental demand and physical demand.
