ANALISIS PENILAIAN ERGONOMI PADA PEKERJA (OFFICE ERGONOMIC) DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ROSA (RAPID OFFICE STRAIN ASSESMENT) DI BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (BNI) AHMAD YANI, PADANG

Abstract

The use of computers at the Ahmad Yani office of Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Padang is very important which means it is included in office ergonomics. The results of research on marketing employees, credit analysts and relationship managers show that there are 5 individual scores on employees using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, namely on employee 12 with a score of 75, employees 4, 5 and 7 with a score of 72 and employee 11 with a score of 11. on the types of complaints felt by employees there are 11 complaints from the neck to the buttocks. the type of complaint taken if the percentage obtained is equal to or more than 50%. the results of the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method are 17 employees in marketing, analyst credit and relationship manager work positions with risk categories and 3 employees with non-risk categories. the final score obtained which is categorized as low, medium and high risk is for score 5, namely 5 marketing, 2 analyst credit and 1 relationship manager. for score 6, namely 2 marketing, 2 analyst credit and 3 relationship managers. for score 7, namely 1 marketing and 1 analyst credit. it is necessary to improve the work posture and facilities used.
