Abstract

This research aims to analyze and design an efficient layout for a cable ladder in an E-house room. This research was carried out using preliminary study methods, field surveys and data processing which included measuring the distance between stations and the assembly process time. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the assembly process and reducing material transfer time. This research also emphasizes the importance of good layout design to increase productivity and reduce chaos in the production process.
