CALCULATION OF GEOMETRIC AND PAVEMENT THICKNESS SEGMENT AMPANG KURANJI II-AMPANG KURANJI IV STA. 0+000-1+200 KOTO BARU DISTRICT DHARMASRAYA
Abstract
In encouraging the public sector ofthe economy, thereis necessary good facilities and infrastructure transport, therefore it can provide optimal traffic services. District Dharmasraya that it is a division of the district Sawahlunto Sijunjung requires better transportation. The development in all fields especially in transportation continues to be encouraged in increasingthe economic growth of local communities with a large area. One of the tools developed are development Transporter on the road construction Ampang Kuranji II-Ampang Kuranji IV STA. 0+000-1+200 Koto Baru. Based on the data obtained by the authors to plan for these roads. The planning that was calculated in the form of a review of geometric path based on the standard of Tata Cara Perencanaan Geometrik Jalan Antar Kota(TPGJAK). Horizontal alignment design that has 20 bends, twists comprising 5 Full Circle (FC), 1 bend Spiral Spiral Circle (SCS), and 14 bends Spiral – Spiral (SS) On the vertical alignment arch there are 4 curved convex and concave curved 8. Surface layer of pavement thickness obtained Laston MS 3405 cm thick, the base layer is15cm thick and bottom foundation layer19cm thick. The results ofthis plan, it is advisable touse the services related to the implementation of this calculation.
