THE PLANNING REVIEW OF POND IN CANDUNG KOTO LAWEH KABUPATEN AGAM

Abstract

Pond is the building that’s located horizontally in river that’s function saved the water in
the rain season and be channeling it in the dry season. In this last task studied and differented
the planning of a pond that was done by a consultant. This last task was intented to studied
and found more understanding about the planning of a pond. Candung Koto Laweh’s review
of pond planning used rainfall data 15 years observation wheares the consultant’s calculation
used rainfall data 10 years observation. From the calculation was goten normal water surface
elevation, flood and pond stability. The supporting data was topography map scaled 1 :
50.000, data of climatology and rainfall bassed 15 years observation. In making this last task
was done the calculations such as hydrology analysis, hydrolysis calculation of pond,
calculation of pond dimention, and calculation of pond stability. From the calculation result
was goten debet 100 yearly ( Q 100) = 215.1048 m3/dt, the watersurface was normal elevation
+1262m,the flood watersurface on elevation +1263,9m, holding volume 132.744,87 m3 and
high pressure was on mercu (H) = 1,9 m. The diffrence between writer calculation and
consultant calculation was water surface elevation, flood and pond stability.
