ANALYSIS OF DEBIT FLOOD PLAN AND RE-SHAPE MATERIALS STRUCTURE USING NATURAL STONE JETTY AT BATANG DISTRICT KAMBANG LENGAYANG PESISIR SELATAN DISTRICT

Abstract

The strength current alongshore of a beach than current a stream causing the occurrence of displacement of the position of the estuary, the position of mouth of the river when the river flow is not able to flow through the mouth of the river sedimentary deposits be covered by the river and mouth of the river can be closed by sediment. Problems will arise in the rainy season, where the discharge flood is not flowing smoothly into the sea; due to the closure of the mouth as a result the flood can happen in upstream estuary, the condition is what happens
in estuaries stems Kambang. According to those problems planned the building of jetty at estuary. jetty was also instrumental in the sand anticipate that causes displacement by sea water flow direction. For plan river and jetty, it is necessary a map topographical, precipitation data, wind data, bathymetry data, as well as tides data. With the datas above, will of rain discharge plan, the dimensions of channels and dimensions jetty. Of reckoning obtained plan 25 annual (Q25) 1327,249m3/second, dimensions high channel 3,52m, the slope 1:1, while the width of the river 40m (from field data), as well as plan of the long jetty 200m, elevation jetty el +4m, high jetty 9m, wide jetty 39,5m, wide peak 3,5m and the slope of 1:2.
