Abstract

Flooding is a condition where its not accommodated in the drain water (river beds) or
obstruction of water flow in the sewer so that overflow inundating the surrounding area. In

human factors natural factors such as tides, rainfall, erosion and sedimentation, reducing
capacity of the river, while the human factors such as slums, garbage. Based on this analysis
need to be in a great flood discharge. To get started discharge plan from the calculation of
rainfall using 3 methods namely Gumbel method, method hasper, weduwen method and
calculation of flood discharge using five methods that rational methods, methods hasper,
Melchior methods, methods and methods of rational weduwen Singapore, which is a method
of approaching rational singapore obtained from the previous calculation, so the method
according to the characteristics of DAS rod singapore pariaman the rational method. The
discharge calculation will be used as a basis for planning and building of water in the river
