In addition, this area is one of the best paragliding take off location world and also has a good pine forest used as a location for outbond and suitable for family recreation. But, it is still less kept tourist area of this region. So, it is expected that
the planing and design pine park resort hotel – puncak lawang can cover all the needs and tools to accomodate all the activities that support the functional tourism, comercial and
recreational. The concep pf the circulation in tihs region is to turn area and join the contour so that visitor can enjoy the atmosphere around and mantain existing natural potential to not
destroy nature. On this plan, there are 3 type of cottage and 1 past the main building, it uses the concept of minang carving “ saluak minang” in the hotel lobby entrance. Application of
regionalism theme us expected to promote the culture of minang kabau architecture in the eyes of the world.
