Abstract

Bridge construction is a building which serves to continue the path through a barrier,
such as rivers, valleys, or crossing. To facilitate access transfortasi in kep.mentawai, the
government realize the construction of the bridge in kep.mentawai. Where the initial design is
the construction of this bridge construction Composite bridge. In the final project will be restructure
planning on modifying bridges composite bridge with a structure of reinforced
concrete bridge girder type T profiles. Reinforced concrete bridge structures is expected to
meet the safety standards of the bridge. Planning this calculation only discuss the construction
of a bridge superstructure consists of a calculated: Pole backrest, sidewalks, vehicle floor
plate and girder bridges. This plan is based on the structure of the ultimate load conditions.
Structure is calculated based on the planning procedure for concrete structures for bridges
(SNI T-12-2004), earthquake resistant design standards for bridges (SNI T-02-2005), for
bridge loading standards (ISO 2833-2008). As for the results of calculations in use Gelagar
Reinforced Concrete Profile "T" Girder with dimensions h: 1.2 m, and b: 50 cm. Flexural
obtained 20-45mm D32, D32 Reinforcement area hit 6-45mm, On shear reinforcement used
D13-200mm cross bar, and the body mounted Girder shrinkage reinforcement4D13mm.
