Abstract

Pekanbaru City is a popular holiday destination for local tourists, who often visit shopping centers and sample the diverse culinary offerings. However, the scattered location of these culinary spots can pose a challenge for visitors. A central Culinary Tourism Center in downtown Pekanbaru has been proposed to address this issue and increase the city's revenue.
