Abstract

The increasing of growth of economics of business area, service and commerce in Padang town do not make balance to with growth of facility to all perpetrator of business. Most businessmen exist in Field town using many house and shop house remain as office or place of to run its activity. This matter because of farm price at costly strategic area and not yet made available a place of to accomodate the office. With existence of office rental matching with requirement and also the condition of economics in Padang town, expected can become the place of to all perpetrator of business in Padang town utilize to run its activity. In planning of office rental in this Padang town, there are some used stages;steps that is title interpretation, data collecting, data kompilasi, identify problem, device concept, device pre and development of device. Designed rental office use approach of friendly architecture of disaster as consideration of Padang town situation reside in earthquake disaster gristle area and of tsunami.
