PERENCANAAN BANGUNAN KULINER PADA KAWASAN REKREASI PANTAI PASIR JAMBAK, PADANG

Abstract

Tourism is one of the most potential sectors which contribute to Regional Original Income through earning improvement in hotel, entertainment, restaurant, culinary and transportation fields and other commerce and service business. Coast area development for recreation is one of the potential natural tourism in Padang. However, the problem which arise is the coastal area are not optimally exploited yet, particularly coastal edge as recreation area. Is one of the regulation RTRW Padang development area those Pasir Jambak is one the most potential for tourism with beautiful beach and sea and than it’s calm area to relaxed. However, nowadays recreation area is lost control with  have a lot of  office management, parked, PKL, pondok, tenda  and coastal area are not optimally for activity recreation. Until, the tries to study about how to optimize space of coastal areas in Pasir Jambak appropriately according to its characteristics potential and problems. Therefore some steps of analysis is performed including analysis of  existing condition of the area, area  growth tendency, waterfront area problems, space exploitation strategy and user in area.
