This research aims to plan an Arts and Culture Center in Solok City to preserve cultural identity, increase public interest in the arts, and introduce traditional culture to the younger generation. Using qualitative research methods, this study explores social phenomena and community behavior in maintaining and promoting traditional arts and culture. The focus of this research is on developing facilities that not only support the growth of local arts and culture, but also display traditional and contemporary artworks in an engaging and informative way.
