PERANCANGAN SEKOLAH ALAM TERPADU DI KOTA PADANG DENGAN PENDEKATAN BELAJAR MELALUI PENGALAMAN (EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING)

Abstract

Minangkabau Greenschool is an educational institution in Padang City, West Sumatra, established under the Pelita Aksara Foundation. Currently, the condition of the school building is a cause for concern, as some buildings are not suitable for educational purposes. The school also lacks the facilities necessary to support natural learning, hindering the students' educational experience. To address these issues and to progress the school's natural learning approach, the Pelita Aksara Foundation is considering the relocation and development of the school. In a nature school, students are educated using a nature-based approach, emphasizing environmental awareness and providing spatial facilities that support the learning process. The educational process in nature schools gives particular attention to each individual's potential and encourages optimal creativity expression.
